Hi, I’m Allison! A bookkeeper based in New Brunswick.

I started AAJ Bookkeeping because small business owners deserve to understand their numbers and actually use them to grow their businesses. Not just survive until tax season hoping for the best.

I love working with other female entrepreneurs across Atlantic Canada (and beyond) who want more than just the bare minimum. They want a partner who shows up, communicates, and helps them understand their finances.

Monthly Bookkeeping

Starting at $300 + tax

Every month, I take bookkeeping completely off your plate. I categorize your transactions, reconcile your accounts, file sales tax returns, manage receipts, and keep everything accurate and up to date. You’ll also receive a monthly financial snapshot along with your reports — a plain language breakdown of your revenue, expenses, and profit so you actually know what's going on in your business. At the end of the year, I prepare a detailed year end package for your account, for a seamless & stress free tax season!

Clean ups & Catch ups

Sometimes life gets busy and the books get messy. No judgment here! Whether you tried to DIY it and fell behind, or things just got chaotic along the way. We'll start with a diagnostic review so I can see exactly what's going on and put together a plan to fix it. From there, I'll correct errors, reconcile your accounts, separate any mixed business and personal transactions, and get everything clean, current, and making sense again.
